Who should apply?
- Members and descendants of tribes served by YKHC
- Employees of YKHC who are in good standing (mandatory for apprenticeship program)
- All Alaska residents

YKHC Scholarships: Priority given to individuals pursuing a career in healthcare and are enrolled in an accredited program. Preference will be given to full-time or part-time students who have completed all prerequisites for their selected program. To learn more, visit https://www.ykhc.org/work/education/.
Scholarship Deadline: Nov. 1, 2022
The priority for scholarship funding will be in line with P.L. 93-638, the Indian Education and Self-Determination Act. Scholarship candidates will be selected based on the YKHC scholarship applicant scoring sheet. Part-time students qualify for half the award amounts.
