Emily Kaganak has been with Developmental Disabilities Services (DDS) since June of 2009. From the beginning she has worked with one sole client who experiences intellectual disabilities, giving her the opportunity to reflect on how effective the services she provides has helped her client over the years.

One of DDS’ goals is to help our clients become as independent as possible with their activities of daily living.  Emily is timely, consistent, honest, respectful, compassionate, supportive, provides quality documentation and is hard-working. These are all things we like to see when hiring for this position.
