Document Library transitioning to Policy Manager (MCN)

Effective Friday, May 6, Policy Manager (MCN) is the only source to find approved YKHC documents and policies. The Document Library is archived and not available for use.  Having one source for all YKHC documents streamlines the process of looking for an approved document and help ensure we are in compliance with TJC requirements.

To log onto Policy Manger, click HERE. Or you can access Policy Manager through the link on the home page of the intranet, as shown below.

Ensuring a smooth transition out of the Document Library and into MCN as our exclusive document source is the responsibility of all employees.

All staff – 

  • Please ensure that you know how to access MCN and find the documents that you use regularly.
  • If the document you need is not available on Policy Manager, let your manager know.

Managers – 

  • Please review the documents in the Document Library in your department and determine if there are any documents that are not currently on MCN.
  • If you identify any, please follow the approved process to get documents on MCN.  If you have questions on how to upload your forms please see Policy Manager – How to Upload a New Form at this link: https://ykhc.ellucid.com/documents/view/39151
  • Please ensure your employees are aware of this transition and trained on how to find necessary documents in MCN.

Please note that there is no change to the process of requesting a new or updated form. To do that, please submit your request through the Public Relations Service Request tab, which can be accessed here https://airtable.com/shrlzYkBmn5GR3wPq or through the link on the home page of the intranet.
