As a reminder, which was first shared in the Napartet News in May 2021, YKHC has several secured buildings, such as CHSB, hospital employee entrance, hostel, and McCann. In order to maintain security within the building:

• Staff will need to use their badge to access the main part of the building, either from the front or the rear.
• Guests must be escorted in and out of the building.
• If ordering food, staff must meet the delivery person in the front foyer, which can be accessed without a badge.
• Staff should not allow anyone through the proxy doors without a badge, unless they accompany the person in and out for a meeting or other business purpose.

In addition, do not hold doors for non-employee to enter the proxy doors.

Employees must escort their clients for meetings in and out of the building.
