On March 29, around 5 a.m., Cerner went live with the Millennium 2018.09 code upgrade. The RAVEN Team worked with Cerner diligently throughout the night March 28 and through the morning of March 29 to validate the new code to ensure that Cerner applications were functioning appropriately.

End users were able to remain in their VMWare sessions and provide patient care without a down time while the code upgrade was being performed. After the new code was pushed out to end users, there were no major issues reported and minimal minor issues, end users were able to continue to provide patient care. End users are encouraged to report any issues that they may be experiencing after the code upgrade to the RAVEN On Call.
