The Performance Improvement (PI) Department launched the Annual Culture of Safety survey to all YKHC employees Monday, April 4 and will remain open until they survey has at least 300 responses.

The survey will allow YKHC employees the opportunity to provide feedback on current workflows in each of their units or departments. YKHC is dedicated to providing high reliability in health care and a safe work environment, and your feedback is greatly appreciated. Door prizes will be available throughout the survey period.
