Updating, changing or fixing an ID badge is an easy process. It takes just one email.

To make changes,

• Email a picture of your ID badge to Security – Badge Access Security-BadgeAccess@YKHC.ORG
• In the email, state the issue with ID badge (update, new or not working) and the changes you would like to request.

Note that Security no longer utilizes the HEAT system to update ID badges. Therefore, please follow the directions above and security staff will be happy to assist you.
