403b Update

On the pay dates of December 31, 2020 and January 15, 2021, approximately 100 employees did not have an active deduction for a deferral to their 403b account. The Human Resources Department is currently reviewing the information and will be making adjustments to those employees’ affected accounts by Monday, January 26, 2021.  The impacted employees will be contacted by the Benefits Team.

Resolution timeline:
Thursday, January 21, 2021: Finish identifying impacted employees and amounts
Friday, January 22, 2021: Coordinate with OneAmerica and Payroll
Monday, January 26, 2021: Notify employees who are impacted.
