We have started the process of mailing out or hand delivering the small gifts for taking our survey on Vitamin D for pregnant women (takes about 7 minutes). Big thank you to all who have filled it out so far!

Our target audience for the survey includes:
1. Any patient/staff who is pregnant
2. Any families supporting women who are pregnant
3. Any families (Grandparents! Aunties, Dads, moms) who care for infants and young children.
4. Any YKHC staff who connect with women who are pregnant
Your feedback is very important so we can make sure every family knows how to prevent Vitamin D deficiency in pregnant women and infants.
