YKHC personnel and all health care workers in the YK Delta who have COVID-19 testing can participate in this study to better understand how to prevent COVID-19 disease. This study involves answering some questions; it does not involve any shots or blood draws. You can participate even if you have not been vaccinated. Participants will receive a $25 gift card as a thank you.
