As plan sponsors for your benefit plan(s), we are announcing several upcoming enhancements to our Retirement Services.

Beginning April 27, 2020, OneAmerica will be rolling out a new and improved website with various educational and readiness tools to prepare and guide participants on current and future savings experiences. As we transition, participants will have to re-register to access account details and any tools offered within the new domain. More information regarding this process will be provided as we move closer to the rollout date.

Keep in mind transactional history will not transfer into the new website. Because of this, we advise that participants download and save their account history from the current website (mcak.com) prior to this move. For any help regarding this process call 1-800-442-4015 for assistance. A new phone number will be provided as we approach the transition for anyone attempting to access this information following 4/27/2020.

Alongside this change, we will be transferring trustees/custodian from Charles Schwab/McCready and Keene, to Matrix Trust Company/OneAmerica LLC. Because this is a major change, we want you to know that The Matrix Trust Company will serve in the same capacity as our current trustee. Any current investments, beneficiaries, funds, and participant information will automatically transfer and remain the same.
