Hello all YKHC Employees!
We at the dental clinic want to bring better access to dental care to you, our YKHC family. We have constructed a system to handle a YKHC ‘Short Call’ list which is designed to offer YKHC employees appointments for dental care as they come available.
We often hear that it is difficult to make an appointment with us, and we also have a high rate of no shows for our scheduled appointments; having a YKHC short call list will allow us another option to care for your needs. We’re determined to foster a culture of healthy smiles here at YKHC and we’re asking for your help towards that goal!
How it will work:
With your help we will manage a list of YKHC employees looking for different types of dental appointments, and when we have an opening for the appointment you’re in need of we will give you a call to see if you’d be able to make it in for that appointment time.
Instructions:
Please send an e-mail to group Dental_ShortCall with the following information:
- Your date of birth
- The best contact phone number
- What appointment you’d like
- Whether or not you would accept an appoint with a DHAT preceptee
Important to know: The treatment plans we create at your dental exam expire 1 year after the exam date. If you e-mail asking for a routine appointment (filling, extraction, cleaning) we will first look to see if your Exam is up to date. If you do not have an up to date exam we will automatically place you in the waitlist for an exam appointment.
