Congratulations to Andrew Yatchmenoff for achieving his Journeyman Electrician license. After years of hard work and study Drew has passed the State of Alaska test for Journey Electrician. A milestone that required a significant commitment and a lot of time. Good job Drew!

Drew has had one of the best attendance records for any employee in the electrical department for for YKHC construction services. His contributions are helping YKHC create a positive work environment, he is doing quality work and promoting quality to his co-workers, and the care he exhibits saves resources and cost for YKHC.

Drew has been a main go-to member of the team, especially when it comes to some of the special systems required in our facilities. When doors are acting up at Long Term Care and the hospital, Drew has consistently provided quality service, stayed late when needed, helped repair systems. When our projects required fire alarm system installation and repairs, Drew made himself available in a big way to assist with fire  system service. When its late and we need to get stuff done on short notice, Drew is there. When we get a new technology, Drew is the first to research and figure out how to approach the new technology, which can be a challenge.
