Learn Lean leadership skills to become an effective leader with the Lean for Leaders program from May 6 to 10, 2024. This program is delivered in collaboration with Virginia Mason Institute.

The program begins with a week-long course that offers hands-on learning and teaches daily management and process improvement tools to help you make a difference in your workplace. After the course, you’ll lead a Rapid Improvement Event to apply your new knowledge and skills in your work area. 

This training is available to all YKHC employees, but seats are limited. There are no prerequisites for participating in this program; it is for any employee showing potential leadership skills regardless of position.
