2% merit wage increase announced

Due to your hard work and YKHC’s strong financial performance, YKHC is happy to announce that a 2% merit increase for eligible employees has been approved for 2024. The merit increase will be effective after successful competition of YKHC’s Annual Performance Evaluations for calendar year 2023. The evaluations are now available in Healthstream. (More information in this article.) This extends YKHC’s streak of nine compensation increases over the past ten years. Thank you!

Eligibility requirements for the 2% wage increase are:

–Must be a permanent, benefitted YKHC employee

–Employed by YKHC on or before July 1, 2023

–Timely completion by employee and manager of the 2023 Annual Performance Evaluation (read this article for more information)

–Received a satisfactory performance evaluation

–Not on a performance improvement plan (PIP) on the effective day of the wage increase

–Job titles that received a compensation adjustment on or after July 1, 2023 are not eligible 

Merit wage increases for eligible employees will be effective the pay period beginning April 14, 2024, with a pay date of May 3, 2024
