YKHC requires employees to successfully complete Annual Mandatory Orientation (AMO) in compliance with federal and state regulations. All YKHC Employees are assigned AMO courses according to their job requirements.
Employees who joined YKHC prior to January 1, 2023, are required to complete the rapid regulatory and review compliance courses. As you complete the Rapid Regulatory and Review Courses, please keep in mind that some of the timelines and requirements in the course may slightly differ from YKHC protocols which may be more stringent than the minimum regulatory requirements. It is important to always refer to YKHC policies and procedures for specific guidelines.
In addition to any regulatory or job specific courses, all employees are required to complete the following courses:
- YKHC’s Code of Conduct & Annual Conflict of Interest Survey
- YKHC’s Customer Satisfaction Refresher
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
- As an employee, it is your responsibility to successfully complete all Annual Mandatory Orientation requirements by February 10, 2024.
- Annual Mandatory Orientation courses are only available through HealthStream; no paper versions will be accepted.
- HealthStream can be accessed from anywhere, and from any device, via: http://www.healthstream.com/hlc/ykhc.
- The best internet browsers for HealthStream are Chrome or Firefox.
- HealthStream can also be quickly accessed from the homepage of the YKHC intranet. See image below.
