All YKHC Employees are assigned Annual Mandatory Orientation (AMO) in HealthStream in compliance with federal and state regulations. YKHC requires employees to successfully complete AMO courses according to their job requirements.

Employees who joined YKHC prior to January 1, 2023 are required to complete the rapid regulatory compliance courses, non-regulatory courses and any job specific assignments. All employees who were hired after January 1, 2023 are only required to complete the non-regulatory courses and any job specific assignments.

AMO will go live soon, so please be on the lookout for the announcement in your email.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

As an employee, it is your responsibility to successfully complete all Annual Mandatory Orientation requirements by the due date

Annual Mandatory Orientation courses are only available through HealthStream; no paper versions will be accepted
