YKHC Travel department would like to share some enhancements we have coming up in 2024: A new phone number and texting communication.

Effective Jan 2, 2024, YKHC patient travel department will have a new phone number: 833-543-6625. This phone number will replace the current number. When calling our new number, you will be presented with options to reach one of our travel and Medicaid service departments to best service your needs.

Travel will also be releasing a new text feature where patients will have a choice to use text as a form of contact with Travel. More details to follow on this upgrade.

We greatly appreciate your understanding while we enhance our services in the upcoming months in support of our 2024 priority of Increase Access to Care.
