Open enrollment allows regular full-time and regular part-time employees with benefits to make changes to their current insurance coverages and to re-enroll in Flexible Savings Accounts (Medical and Child Care). Insurance coverages can include health, vision, dental and supplemental insurances (i.e. critical Illness, accident & hospital indemnity, optional life).  Changes during the open enrollment period may also include adding or deleting dependents from plans, moving from one plan type to another, or enrolling in eligible benefits you may not have participated in previously.

This year, open enrollment will open Nov. 11 and run through Dec. 13.

New coverages and premium rates will be effective January 1, 2024.

All employees – Look for more details on plans, premiums and other information to follow before Nov. 11.

Managers – Please let your employees that open enrollment is coming up!  If you manage employees or managers who do not regularly access their YKHC email, consider now the best way to ensure those employees to receive open enrollment information and learn about the timeline for open enrollment.
