Five students in the community health aide program (CHAP) are in the final stages of completing their required training to become community health practitioners (CHPs). We encourage staff to say hello and introduce themselves if you see them in the halls or in the outpatient clinic. They will be in and out of the outpatient clinic for the remainder of the month and the beginning of September. Some of the students will be doing clinical work here in Bethel while others will be in the village.

If you (Bethel-based staff) do any correspondence with any of these students, please try to meet them, as it is good to put faces to names.
