As a reminder, there are two training sessions left for this series, Fire and Evacuation (October) and Hospital Incident Command Systems (November). This training is required for all Managers and Directors as it will cover new evacuation & tracking procedures using Evac 123 tags, Stryker Stair Chair operations and coordinating response & recovery efforts using the Hospital Incident Command System. Please send Michelle Hicks a Tiger Text with the dates/times for both October and November sessions that you would like to attend. The dates and times for October and November are as follows:

October: Fire & Evacuation Training
10/3: (1 p.m.-5 p.m.)
10/4: (8 a.m.-12 p.m.) or (1 p.m.-5 p.m.) 
10/5: (9 a.m.-1 p.m.: Lunch will be provided at 11:45 a.m.) or (1 p.m-5 p.m.)
10/6: (8 a.m.-12 p.m.) or (1 p.m.-5 p.m.)

November: Hospital Incident Command System & Command Center Operations (HICS):
Lunch will be provided
11/7:   8 a.m-5 p.m.
11/8:   8 a.m-5 p.m.
11/9:   8 a.m.-5 p.m.
11/10: 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

A short drill will be conducted on 10/7 and 11/11. The first week in December, we will be conducting a Full-Scale Exercise (FSE) that will help all the pieces to come together as we apply what we’ve learned from previous weeks.
