Please join me in welcoming some new and returning faces to YKHC!

Larisa Bogunovic joined YKHC effective 10/6/2021 as HRIS and Compensation Manager. Larisa was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She has been a Human Resources professional for 14 years starting as a Human Resources assistance for Harley Davidson Motor Company where continued to grow within her profession for 8 years. In that time, she earned her Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification in Lean Manufacturing with an emphasis on Human Resources Time and Labor. Larisa received her BS Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee.  For the last five years, she has managed various HRIS and Compensation programs with a focus on improving data management and efficiency.  In her spare time, she enjoys continuing her education with current studies to receive her SHRM-SPRH Certificate. She is an avid college sports fan, of course rooting for her local teams in Wisconsin. 

Sally Baughman has returned this week to YKHC as the interim Employee Relations Manager. She filled this role several years ago and is back to help with our employee relations needs.

Nikkey Lester is returning to YKHC as the interim HR Director starting December 14. Nikkey has filled several interim roles for YKHC in the past including HRIS and Compensation Manager, Deputy Director, and HR Director.

We’re excited to welcome Larisa to the team and to welcome Sally and Nikkey back to Bethel and YKHC!
