All Annual Mandatory Orientation (AMO) courses are now due

YKHC employees are required to successfully complete AMO in compliance with federal and state regulations. Employees are assigned AMO courses according to their job requirements.

All 2021 AMO courses were due Monday, December 6.

Our compliance goal for AMO is 100%. As of today, YKHC has yet to reach that goal. If you have not already done so, please log-in to HealthStream today to complete your AMO courses.

Employees who joined YKHC prior to January 1, 2021 are required to complete the rapid regulatory compliance courses, non-regulatory courses and any job specific assignments. All employees who were hired after January 1, 2021 are only required to complete the non-regulatory courses and any job specific assignments. Please reach out to AMO@ykhc.org or Human Resources ext. 6060 if you do not have any courses assigned.

In addition to any regulatory or job specific courses, all employees are required to complete the following courses:

  • Mandatory Reporting Training
  • YKHC’s Code of Conduct & Conflict of Interest Survey
  • Sexual Harassment in the Workplace
  • Active Shooter Response in Healthcare Settings
