Are you as excited as we are that the YK Fitness Center (not to be confused with YKHC’s fitness center) is open to vaccinated individuals? To everyone who has already started using the fitness center again—thank you! it has been great to see you!
If you have not visited us yet, now is your chance.
Last Year Annual: If you had an annual membership last year, your membership is still valid. Just bring your vaccination card and photo ID to the fitness center and our desk staff can extend your expiration date. Not ready to come back, or not vaccinated yet? No problem. Your membership will remain on hold until you return or our restrictions are lifted.
Last Year Monthly: If you were enrolled last year for monthly payroll deductions but have not visited the fitness center yet, we have an updated enrollment system ready for you.
Missed last year? If you missed the enrollment period last year, you can sign up now too!
To register for a new enrollment, decide whether you would like annual or monthly enrollment.
New Annual: To enroll in a new annual plan and just pay once and have it done, complete the annual enrollment form here and send to ykfc@cityofbethel.net. We will contact you for payment and get you all set up.
New Monthly: To enroll in monthly payroll deduction, complete the monthly enrollment form here and send to ykfc@cityofbethel.net by the 5th of the month. YKFC and YKHC will work together to set up your payroll deduction. Deductions will come out of the second paycheck of the month and your membership will start on the first.
