All YKHC employees are required to have their flu vaccination by October 31.

A mass flu shot event will be hosted in the CHSB parking-lot at the COVID-19 testing tent, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. October 24. These shots are available to all Bethel staff, their families and the community.

For Sub-Regional clinics, shots will be available from 12 p.m. – 2 p.m. in:
Aniak
Emmonak
Hooper Bay
St. Mary’s 
Toksook Bay

Shots will be avaible at local clinics from 12 p.m. – 3 p.m. for the following villages:
Akiak
Atmautluak
Chefornak
Grayling
Holy Cross
Kasigluk
Kipnuk
Kongiganak
Kotlik
Kwethluk
Lower Kalskag
Mekoryuk
Mtn. Village
Pilot Station
Scammon Bay
Tuluksak
Upper Kalskag

Village clinic health aides will be administering flu shots to staff in their clinics. If the clinic have two or more health aides, they can serve all of the staff. If there is only one health aide in a clinic, they can visit a neighboring clinic or have a visiting provider or health aide give them the flu shot.
