Konica Minolta Printing Update

The Konica Minolta printing project is moving along with replacement printers installed at 25 locations.  We are looking to complete the project November 2020.  Village Clinics and SRCs can expect to see replacement equipment arriving within the next two weeks.

If you have your new Konica Minolta printer in place, please look for the sticker on top with phone number to call for support and supplies.  The sticker also provides the machine Serial Number, which you’ll need to report to support.

Check out some new features available to you, including badge-in, SecurePrint, and RemotePrint.  SecurePrint allows you to print jobs to a centralized location, making them available at any Konica Minolta printer on our Network, but it will not print until you’re physically present. Many users are experiencing issues enrolling their badge for the first time. Click to learn How to Enroll your YK Badge into SecurePrint on a Konica Minolta Printer.  Some common mistakes to avoid include entering your employee number during your first enrollment or entering incorrect Username and Password.  The machine will need the HID number on the upper side of your badge, not your employee number.  Usernames and Passwords are the same that you would use to sign into any of our computers.

RemotePrint allows you to print from any device from any email address to any YK Konica Minolta printer.  Simply send an email with or without an attachment to RemotePrint@ykhc.org and get retrieval instruction in a reply email.
