Friday, September 25 is World Pharmacists Day. Pharmacists are an important part of the healthcare team both at YKHC and across the nation in transforming health through a variety of health services in their communities, including advising on healthy living, ensuring that medicines are taken correctly, thereby managing diseases well and improving quality of life.
