YKHC recently changed its print services provider from Xerox to Konica Minolta. This entails replacement of physical printing devices, as well as printing and faxing service changes throughout the corporation.
New printing services include a new process call SecurePrint, which allows for individual print job management. Users will be able to print jobs to a centralized SecurePrint location, making them available at any Konica Minolta printer on our Network. This will help with a higher level of security for sensitive information throughout all departments. Never worry about sending your print jobs to the wrong printer, knowing the name of the printers in different areas, forgetting about print jobs, accidentally printing hundreds of pages, or leaving sensitive papers out for anyone to see or take.
