Consider attending one of our Lean A3 training sessions. These workshops will teach you how to reduce waste and increase efficiency in your department and across the organization. 

You will leave with a fresh perspective and a backpack of problem solving tools. 

Due to Covid-19, our workshops are smaller with a limit of eight participants. This format allows for focused value stream mapping, problem identification, and A3 solution initiation.

Workshops engage on the second and fourth Wednesday of the month, in the Wellness Center Activity room.
