At the January quarterly employee forums, Senior Leadership provided an update about the Lean program at YKHC. One of the updates announced is a naming contest to find a new name for the initiative at YKHC.

• Submissions should be:
  Positive
  Factually correct
  In English or Yup’ik
  One word or a phrase with no more than three words

The final name will be voted on through a company-wide poll. The creator of the winning name will receive one roundtrip ticket to Anchorage.
