Kronos Updates: Manager Training and HR Actions Blackout

YKHC will be implementing a new version of Kronos, our timekeeping software. To help ensure a smooth transition to this updated system, all managers are required to attend a brief training session that will cover the new features in the system relevant to employee payroll management.

With this transition, the HR team will be implementing a blackout timeframe for all HR actions (unless absolutely necessary). This will cut down on duplicate work and will reduce the risk relating to error by entering items twice. The dates for this blackout timeframe are December 2429, with HR actions resuming on December 30. If there are any questions or concerns, please call Human Resources at ext. 6060.

Below are the sessions that will be offered; please click on the links below to select your training session and register. Only managers are required to attend these trainings.

Bethel Training Sessions

Village Training Sessions (VTC)
