As of December 12, 2019, all employees should have submitted their self-evaluation by now in Kronos.  Now it’s time for Managers to review the self-assessments and conduct an annual performance review for their employees by January 12, 2020.  Attached is a helpful guide for managers to use in an effort to navigate to the reviews that are waiting for you.
