The schedule for Prior Authorization and Travel Holiday is as follows:
November 28, 2019: Closed
- Update Booth will close at 8 p.m. on Wednesday November 27.
- All medicaid updates processed on November 27 will be processed for two nights due to closure on November 28.
December 24, 2019:
- Prior Authorization will close at 12 noon.
- Travel and Update will close at 2 p.m.
- All updates will be done for three nights. Re-open December 27.
- YK Pay will be urgent request only (Life or Limb)
- You will need to submit a travel request for YKpay and then call Travel’s on call line at 545-6665
- No Shuttle will be available, Patient must have taxi fare.
Reminder: If a patient is still here on the night of December 24, they will be in Bethel through the Christmas Holiday. Please, plan accordingly.
December 25, 2019: Closed
- No Airlines will be flying, all travel will have to be Medevac.
- You will need to submit a travel request for YKpay and then call Travel’s on call line at 545-6665
December 26, 2019: Closed

January 1, 2020: Closed
- No Airlines will be flying, all travel will have to be Medevac.
