There will be an open house with vendors for Open Enrollment on the November 12.

The open house will be located in the Paul John Board Room from 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and in the Silver Conference Room in the New Hospital from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

We will be serving snacks and beverages for attending employees. Don’t miss out!

Open Enrollment (OE) will take place between November 11 and December 9. OE is the one time of the year you can make changes to insurance plans outside of a qualifying life event. Keep an eye out for the new forms that will be rolling out shortly before open season.

YKFC enrollment is open until November 15 for YKHC employees. Any submissions following the 15 will not be processed.

Enrollment forms will be available in the HR office and in the Document Library on the intranet. For anyone interested in annual enrollment Stacey Reardon, the Facility Director, will be taking enrollment forms and payments directly. Monthly enrollments will be done via payroll deduction and those forms will be turned into HR Benefits staff.
