From the start of Compass, I have learned a lot about myself as a person, as an employee and as a future leader. This program has been rewarding and challenging at times, but I’ve learned “what you put into it, is what you will get out of it”.

One of the best things I have learned so far (and value) is that mistakes are learning opportunities, and it’s never too late to learn. I appreciate and thank everyone I have worked with so far in this program because it’s helped me to see the different leadership styles, skills, and paths everyone has taken, as well as helping me develop my own.

The opportunity to be in the Compass program has been a great learning experience and I look forward to the future ahead.
