On June 1, 2019, YKHC entered into an agreement with Alliant, to be our benefits broker. They can assist staff with general questions about the benefits we offer, including as follows:

- Meritain Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
- Unum Short Term Disability and Long Term Disability
- Unum Life Insurance and Unum Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance
- Unum Optional Supplemental Life Insurance
- ComPsych Employee Assistance Program
This agreement with Alliant also opens the door to access to nearby health professionals covered by the provided insurance, 24/7, across the country via smart phone. With Alliant’s mobile app you can view benefit information, contacts with other resources, ID cards, and wellness tips. Here are the links to the applications: for apple and for google. This website is available as well. The login ID to their mobile application, Ben-IQ, is simply YKHC.
Open enrollment is not until November, but you can check to see if you qualify to change Federal Employee Health Benefits for a major life event before then.
