Over the past six months IT has been developing the EHR64 virtual desktop to replace RAVEN-Prod. It has twice the resources and provides better performance. Initially it was only available to providers but as of May we are encouraging all staff to make the switch. We will continue to keep some RAVEN-PROD desktops available until all issues have been identified and resolved. Please report findings to Virtualization_Engineers@YKHC.ORG.
