This is a follow-up from last week’s article regarding Corporate Travel Changes.

Unfortunately, the original launch date has been moved from June 3 to June 11. We only had a few employees reach out for training and we highly recommend employees sign up. All employees who submit YKHC business travel need to be trained on the new process. Trainings have been updated to the following times:

Friday, May 31th, 2019 @ 10:30am – 12:00pm

Friday, May 31, 2019 @ 1:30pm – 2:30pm

Tuesday June, 4th @10:30 – 12:00pm

Tuesday June, 4th @1:00 – 2:30pm

Wednesday June, 5th @1:00 – 2:30pm

Thursday June, 6th @10:30 – 12:00pm

Trainings will be held in the main conference room of the CHSB. Vidyo is also available for those who are remote.

If you are unable to attend a training than you may obtain the new information in Policy Manager (MCN).
