YKHC’s employer contribution to One America retirement accounts will be received by the retirement plan vendor on Monday, April 29. Employees will see the contribution later that week as it is processed into individual accounts.

YKHC is matching 2% of the 403B employee deferrals and 6% employer’s match on the 401a. This voluntary contribution from YKHC totals $4.3 million to employee retirement accounts.

Small contributions now towards YKHC’s retirement plan can make a big difference toward reaching your retirement goals. YKHC provides a discretionary employer contributions based on a percentage of employee compensation. The Corporation’s management elected a discretionary contribution of 6% and a matching contribution of 2% to the 403B employee’s elective contribution.
