Introducing the New Employee Intranet

 

Welcome to the new YKHC Employee Intranet. We’re excited to provide the organization a more user-friendly platform with all of the resources you need throughout your workday. In building this site, we talked to employees from every division in the company to find out what functionality was crucial for an effective and useful intranet.

Quick Overview of Site Functions

 

Accessing the menu:

Access the menu by clicking on the three lines in the top left corner or the arrow on the left center side of the screen.

Using Resource Links
The homepage has links to several different resources used across our organization. Click on the link to the platform you need to access; you may have to login with your YKHC credentials.

Accessing the Directory
Scroll down on the homepage and you’ll the YKHC Team section. Click on “View the Employee Directory” or see commonly used department phone numbers from the drop downs.
On the employee directory page, you can search by first and last name, as well as department and location.

The New Face of the Napartet News

The Napartet News has a brand new home on the intranet! Current articles will show up on the home screen. Click on the article title to view the article.

Keeping up with YKHC Events

Upcoming events will show up on the calendar. Click on the event for details. Have an event to add? Email publicrelations@ykhc.org with the event name, date, time and location.
