Are you or someone you know interested in learning leadership skills in Lean and improvement?

YKHC is launching a new leadership development program within the Angyaq Quality System. This is a one-year rotation, spending 25% of the time in the Lean Transformation office and 75% at their regular jobs. During this time, program participants will work closely with Senior Leadership on priority improvement work, obtain an Advanced Process Improvement Training certification, visit Virginia Mason in Seattle with other Senior Leaders, lead improvement workshops, facilitate Lean training, and coach others using Lean tools and concepts. After completing this rotation program, leaders will be viewed as having the potential to move up one or more levels of leadership at YKHC.

There are four spots available for this opportunity this year. Those interested can apply for this position online. The deadline to apply is November 30, 2023.
