As a component of the Angyaq Quality System and in preparation for our annual performance evaluations, we are offering Goal Development workshops throughout December 2022 and January 2023. As YKHC continues on our journey to High Reliability, strategic alignment is imperative to success. Strategic alignment means that all project imperatives align with the mission, so the organization works to achieve a common goal.

By attending this workshop, all managers and leaders will gain the tools to define strategically aligned goals with their teams.

• Understand Strategic Alignment
• Define People and Program Goals
• Use Hoshin Kanri and the Quadruple Aim proactively
• Prepare for YKHC’s Annual Performance Evaluations
