As a component in the Angyaq Quality System and a daily management tool, we are rolling out Leader Standard Work to all levels of YKHC leaders. Adopting Leader Standard Work demonstrates the expectation of having defined standards within the organization. This leaders’ tool ensures reliability, accountability, and engagement with improvement efforts. It also assists in creating strategic alignment and engaging in proactive leadership.

The Leader Standard Work workshop is available weekly, every Tuesday afternoon, starting October 6, 2022. Sign up for the class through HealthStream. Click here to view the course and the upcoming schedule. You will need to bring a laptop to the class.
