Over the next four months, in-person training will be provided to the Senior Leadership Team, managers and department supervisors on the organization’s EOP and response procedures. Each leader will need to register for classes by accessing the “event calendar” within HealthStream, and selecting the date and time of the respective class you will be attending. Please note, that each leader will only need to sign up for one session of each four-hour class that is listed in the agenda below (total hours for each week/month will be eight hours).

August 22, 1 – 5 p.m.
August 23, 24 and 25 8 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Emergency Communications
August 23, 24 and 25 1 – 5 p.m.

Week 2:
Fire response
September 12, 13 and 15 8 a.m. – 1 p.m.
September 14, 1 – 5 p.m.
Evacuation and tracking procedures
September 12, 13 and 15 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. and September 14 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Week 3:
Security Threats
October 4, 5 and 6, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Security Preparedness and Response
October 4, 5 and 6, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Week 4:
Hospital Incident Command System November 8, 9 and 10, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Command Center Operations November 8, 9 and 10, 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

*Bethel based leaders will need to attend the training in-person; however, SRC leaders will be provided a zoom link prior to class.
