The Bethel Council on the Arts is putting on a story-telling performance similar to This American Life, the Moth, and other story-telling events to share personal stories that are funny, sad and sweet.

Seven people will each tell a seven-minute long true story about themselves relating to the show’s theme (Tundra Tales). Proceeds made from ticket sales go toward honorariums provided to the storytellers this season. The current line-up is Barb Atchak, Eva Malvich, Carey Atchak, Anne Kosacheff, Grant Fairbanks, Tim “Kamguk” Andrew, and Mike Williams Sr. Musical guest Jami Sieber is also set to perform, and co-hosts Bev Hoffman and Olivia Cohn will share the stage.

The doors at YPCC will open at 5:30 pm, and the even starts at 6:00 p.m. Concessions will be available for purchase prior to showtime and at intermission.
