Important Human Resources updates

Due to our increased COVID-19 prevention measures, Human Resources (HR) is making several changes that will allow us to continue serving all YKHC employees.

Please note the following immediate changes:

New Employee Orientation (NEO)
HR is currently conducting NEO virtually. We are not holding in-person NEO classes; instead, all new employees are being scheduled for one-on-one appointments and a Virtual NEO over Zoom. This is great news for our SRCs, as new hires will no longer need to travel to Bethel to attend NEO! We ask that all hiring managers continue working with our Recruiting Team (YKHCRecruitment@ykhc.org) directly to onboard your new employees. Have additional NEO questions? Human Resources Office
In order to keep our team safe and available to you, we are asking all employees to schedule an appointment for all your HR needs. We will be providing virtual appointments through Zoom when appropriate. When physically visiting HR, please be mindful of the small waiting area. If there is an employee in the waiting room, please wait outside of the HR office.
