The next Lean A3 Workshop is scheduled for Wednesday, June 16, in the Blueberry conference room from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. 

This live (in-person) training session is open to all employees who care about the work they do. Those who are interested in moving from good to great. 

You will leave with a fresh perspective and a backpack of problem solving tools: value stream mapping, 5S, mistake proofing, and A3 templates.
