Tamera is a Human Resources professional with over 16 years of successful experience in recruitment, retention, employee relations and benefit administration. She is a strong believer in the power of positive thinking in the workplace and the effect it has on the workplace culture.

Tamera helps employees make informed decisions regarding their benefit plan elections. Her goal for the benefits division of Human Resources here at YKHC is to coordinate and ensure excellent, accurate, informative service to employees and their family members so they find value in the benefit plans YKHC offers.  Developing strong relationships is the foundation of everything she does, both professionally and personally.
