Email is critical to employee productivity.
The Outlook desktop application has basic automatic junk filtering, but it’s limited to a set amount of rules. Plus, many employees do not check their email from their desktop app.
We can report spam to Sophos but they won’t block it unless it’s malicious (because one person’s “spam” is another’s “treasure”).
INKY is an additional layer of protection. YK’s secure email gateway reviews a million emails a month and allows about 300,000 of those through. INKY identifies an additional 1,500 of those as true-positive phishing attacks and clearly marks the potential threats that make it through.
However, my favorite feature may be the ability to take control of spam instantly with as little as three quick clicks. It’s convenient too; it works just as well from any mobile device as the desktop.
