TigerTouch+ secure messaging with patients is now available through TigerConnect!

Features:

Easily switch between the Provider Network and the Patient Network whenever you are logged into TigerConnect to:

·         Communicate with your patients/clients through secure text messaging

·         Initiate a video call

·         Receive images or other attachments, using less data than a video call

·         Create a text message template for standard messages or set them up on a schedule to be used as reminders

·         Send a broadcast message to a group of patients

The conversation with the patient can only be initiated by a YKHC TigerConnect user and the conversation with the patient will only remain open for a specific window of time. You can manage patient contact during this time with an Away Message that only patients will see, when needed. You can also add additional TigerConnect users to a conversation or forward patient messages to other TigerConnect users.

Our early testers have reported a positive experience with being able to send and discuss lab results without having to pick up the phone on busy days, as well as being able to receive tracking logs from patients through a secure platform.
